Are you passionate about using technology to improve business performance?

We're partnering with an established international organisation that's investing in its digital future and looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help shape the evolution of its business systems.

This is far more than a support role. You'll become a trusted partner to the business, driving continuous improvement across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the wider application landscape. Working closely with operational teams, you'll translate business requirements into practical system solutions, optimise processes and support key transformation initiatives across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

As the bridge between technology and the business, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring systems continue to deliver real commercial value.

✔ Own and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and associated business applications.

✔ Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, workflows and system performance.

✔ Support ERP projects, upgrades and system enhancements from requirements gathering through to testing and successful deployment.

✔ Work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions.

✔ Produce meaningful reporting, analyse business data and support informed decision-making.

✔ Act as the go-to expert for system administration, configuration, master data and user support.

Ideal Applicants:

Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst or Applications Analyst and enjoy partnering with the business to improve processes through technology.

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP platform.

• Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades or optimisation projects.

• An analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.

• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or a similar operational environment would be advantageous.
